Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and handle heavy loads while being prepared for physically demanding work
- The candidates should possess strong hand-eye coordination, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as required, managing a large workload, and handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be reliable, a team player, and a quick learner
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to divide fresh harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots, and grade vegetables and fruits according to size, shape, color, and volume to fetch a high price in the market
- The candidates should be able to perform greenhouse cleaning, hand-harvest vegetables, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and examine products for quality and readiness for the market
