- The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues, and referring concerns where appropriate
- The candidates should be able to contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
- The candidates should be able to process and stock all fashion merchandise
- The candidates should be able to keep the salesfloor area clean and tidy for the customer
- The candidates should be able to merchandise non-modular fashion items
- The candidates should be able to ensure proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary
- The candidates should be able to use proper signage as the modular dictates
- The candidates should be able to replenish and merchandise seasonal merchandise in a timely manner
