Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing situations and exercise good judgement in decision-making processes
- The candidates should be organized in their approach to tasks and responsibilities and reliable in fulfilling their duties and commitments
- The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to apply fertilizers, clean the crops, and clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas
- The candidates should be able to cultivate on the vertical farming system, cut agricultural crops, and cut agricultural seed according to farm standards
- The candidates should be able to harvest seedlings, mix fertilizer, and monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns
- The candidates should be able to pack fruits and vegetables, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and cut seeds
- The candidates should be able to weed, clean the work area, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry, and clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens
