Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, present bills to customers, and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings
The candidates should be able to advise on menu selections, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and greet patrons while presenting menus
The candidates should be able to make recommendations, answer questions regarding food and beverages, serve food and beverages, and take orders to relay to kitchen and bar staff
