Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas, set tables, and package take-out food, as well as portion and wrap foods
- The candidates should be capable of cleaning and sanitizing items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units, and have the ability to prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
- The candidates should be skilled in operating dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, proficient in serving customers at counters or buffet tables, and able to stock refrigerators and salad bars
- The candidates should be capable of taking customers’ orders, responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
- The candidates should be skilled in washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit
