Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Credentials: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should have experience or familiarity with motor vehicles and be comfortable working outdoors
• The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work efficiently under tight deadlines, and have the ability to work under pressure
• The candidates should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should demonstrate a strong focus on client satisfaction and possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues
• The candidates should be organized in their approach to work, reliable, ensuring consistency in their performance, and exhibit excellent oral communication abilities
• The candidates should be dependable in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to demonstrate professionalism in customer service and use maps and other trip planning aids
• The candidates should be able to record trip information, such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems, and pay and receive payments for goods
• The candidates should be able to keep a record of items received and delivered, deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, provide customer service, and follow directions and read maps
