Credentials: Food Safety Certificate

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and keep records of the quantities of food used
- The candidates should be able to package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables
- The candidates should be able to stock refrigerators and salad bars, take customers’ orders, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
