Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle work under pressure when necessary
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking during work
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and tasks, possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication, and demonstrate excellent oral communication abilities
The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to various circumstances and requirements, and be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- The candidates should be able to estimate and order ingredients and supplies, hire food service staff, and ensure food service and quality control
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports
- The candidates should be able to prepare food order summaries for the chef, have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres, supervise and check assembly of trays, and establish work schedules
