Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• The candidates should be able to work under pressure

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills
• The candidates should be able to show flexibility
• The candidates should be able to work as a team player

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, and supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• The candidates should be able to train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• The candidates should be able to ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
• The candidates should be able to maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports
• The candidates should be able to establish work schedules
