Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to ensure that incoming food and grocery items are stocked and stored as per department policies
- The candidates should be able to ensure all high-touch locations are sanitized, including fridges, tables, counters, food service machines, and serving utensils
- The candidates should be able to cover co-worker service breaks The candidates should be able to offer friendly, efficient service while preparing food as ordered by the customer
- The candidates should be able to ensure accuracy in the preparation of requested menu items while following required food safety processes
- The candidates should be able to offer friendly, efficient service while operating the point of sale and sweep, dust, wash dishes, and empty garbage receptacles
- The candidates should be able to ensure accuracy in transactions while keeping their station clean, sanitized, and stocked
- The candidates should be able to prepare food items for service such as sandwich table items, grab-and-go products, and recipe ingredients for main course production
