Salary: $17.20 hourly for 40 to 72 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and work under pressure
• The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, manage physically demanding tasks, and demonstrate hand-eye coordination
• The candidates should be able to distinguish between colours, pay attention to detail, and stand for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, kneel, demonstrate sound discrimination, and manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to pack fruits and vegetables, pick row and orchard crops, and plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
• The candidates should be able to sort fruits and vegetables, harvest crops, and examine product for quality and its readiness for the market

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
