Salary: $16.50 hourly 32 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Type of crops: Apples, Cherries, Orchard fruit
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to work in harvesting crops
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to do cleaning crops and grading
- The candidates should be able to pick row and orchard crops, clean work area, sort and pack fruits and vegetables, load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, fertilize and spray crops, examine produce for quality and prepare for market
- The candidates should be able to do clipping, de-leafing, mixing fertilizer, weeding
