Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, On Call, Flexible Hours, Morning
Work setting: Convenience store and Retail business
Supervision: 11-15 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage staff, assign duties, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- The candidates should be able to determine merchandise and services to be sold, develop and implement marketing strategies, and plan budgets while monitoring revenues and expenses
- The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, while managing staff and assigning duties
