Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus in all interactions and deliverables, demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing requirements and circumstances, and be organized in managing tasks, time, and resources effectively
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train staff or arrange for their training, and establish work schedules
- The candidates should be able to authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, and authorize return of merchandise
- The candidates should be able to sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, and supervise and coordinate activities of workers
