Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Area of specialization:Â Retail store
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smoking
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.), assign sales workers to duties, and order merchandise
- The candidates should be able to authorize the return of merchandise, establish work schedules, and sell merchandise
- The candidates should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, manage cash, and conduct performance reviews
