Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in dusty environments
- The candidates should be able to lift weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be reliable and team players
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials effectively
- The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades with precision
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials accurately and efficiently, assist heavy equipment operators proficiently during various tasks, and be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs skillfully
- The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications accurately, assist in demolishing buildings safely and effectively, and clean and pile salvaged materials appropriately
- The candidates should be able to clean up chemical spills and other contaminants diligently, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites promptly, and be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction responsibly and effectively
