Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Equipment and machinery experience: Jackhammers, Nail guns, Sandblasters, Sledgehammer
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and at heights in dusty conditions
- The candidates should be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and adept at efficiently handling repetitive tasks, managing heavy loads, and lifting loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- The candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of a physically demanding job, possess manual dexterity, and be able to work in noisy environments
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required and able to work under pressure with meticulous attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and be reliable in meeting job requirements
- The candidates should be effective team players, contributing positively to collaborative efforts and known for their dependability in the workplace
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and mix, pour, and spread materials
- The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, building roofs, and pave and rake asphalt
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites and direct traffic at or near construction sites
