Requirements:

Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be capable of meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should demonstrate manual dexterity in their work, have a strong attention to detail, and possess good hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be comfortable sitting for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate accuracy in their work and possess excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should be flexible in adapting to changing circumstances and be hardworking, committed to delivering their best effort consistently
Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, and instruct apprentices
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, help the medical examiner in charge, and level earth to fine grade specifications
- The candidates should be able to pave and rake asphalt, clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and direct traffic at or near construction sites
- The candidates should be able to read and interpret blueprints
