Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Combine harvester, Farm truck, Fertilizer applicator, Lift truck, Loader, Planting equipment, Tractor, Vegetable harvester
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in confined spaces and able to work in wet/damp, noisy, odorous, dusty, hot, and cold/refrigerated environments
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, and be physically fit for demanding tasks
- The candidates should have a strong attention to detail, possess good hand-eye coordination, and have the ability to distinguish between colors and be skilled in sound discrimination
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, be able to stand for extended periods, and be comfortable walking, as well as able to bend, crouch, and kneel as required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, demonstrate flexibility, and exhibit good judgment
- The candidates should be organized and be strong team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, fertilize and spray crops, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, as well as examine produce for quality and prepare it for the market
