Type of product: Coniferous trees, Deciduous trees and Native plants

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be willing to work outdoors and be accustomed to working in wet or damp conditions
• The candidates should be familiar with working in dusty environments and be able to work in hot conditions
• The candidates should be capable of working in cold or refrigerated environments and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• The candidates should be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and adept at handling repetitive tasks and heavy loads
• The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks that involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and walking
• The candidates should be proficient in tasks requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling
• The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required

Candidate Status:

• The candidates should be able to engage in brush collecting and clean crops
• The candidates should be able to perform clipping and train fruit trees
• The candidates should be able to conduct grading and harvest seedlings
• The candidates should be able to participate in lowering and mix fertilizer
• The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops and perform shoot positioning
• The candidates should be able to engage in suckering and tie
• The candidates should be able to weed and harvest crops
• The candidates should be able to lay sod or seed
