Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Rural area and Various locations
Type of product: Coniferous trees, Deciduous trees and Native plants
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be willing to work outdoors and be accustomed to working in wet or damp conditions
- The candidates should be familiar with working in dusty environments and be able to work in hot conditions
- The candidates should be capable of working in cold or refrigerated environments and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and adept at handling repetitive tasks and heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks that involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and walking
- The candidates should be proficient in tasks requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should display flexibility in their approach to tasks
- The candidates should exercise good judgment in decision-making
- The candidates should be organized in their work
- The candidates should function well as team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to engage in brush collecting and clean crops
- The candidates should be able to perform clipping and train fruit trees
- The candidates should be able to conduct grading and harvest seedlings
- The candidates should be able to participate in lowering and mix fertilizer
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops and perform shoot positioning
- The candidates should be able to engage in suckering and tie
- The candidates should be able to weed and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to lay sod or seed
