Work setting: Staff accommodation available, Rural area

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language and should be Bilingual
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Equipment and machinery experience: Farm truck, Hand tools
Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in other miscellaneous crop farming, particularly in outdoor, noisy, dusty, hot, and cold/refrigerated conditions
- The candidates should be familiar with repetitive tasks and be prepared for physically demanding work
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and have hand-eye coordination, the ability to distinguish between colors, and be comfortable standing for extended periods, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be open to overtime requirements and capable of handling loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and assist heavy equipment operators
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, remove rubble, and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
