Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and physically demanding work
- The candidates should have attention to detail and be able to handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and be comfortable with walking
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling, demonstrating manual dexterity

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to harvest seedlings and mix fertilizer
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, as well as perform stone and/or wood picking
- The candidates should be able to weed and fertilize, spray crops, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare it for the market
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area
