Salary: $16.55 hourly for 40 to 55 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Rural area, Remote location
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be experienced in handling repetitive tasks and capable of handling heavy loads as necessary
- The candidates should possess physical strength and endurance for physically demanding tasks, have a keen attention to detail, and exhibit excellent hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be comfortable with activities such as sitting, standing for extended periods, and walking
- The candidates should be willing and able to work overtime as required
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bud trees, clean crops, clip plants, deleaf, and grade
- The candidates should be able to clean greenhouses, mix fertilizer, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and sucker plants
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, pot and re-pot plants, mix and prepare soils, and clean the work area
