Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights, in hot conditions, and be non-smokers
- The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced work environment, capable of handling repetitive tasks efficiently, and skilled at handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit and able to meet the demands of the job, with meticulous attention to detail, possess hand-eye coordination skills, and the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, proficient in walking as part of the job requirements, and adaptable to tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean crops, clip plants, deleaf, and clean greenhouses
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, lower plants, and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to sucker plants, fertilize and spray crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops, transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings, and spray or dust plants with insecticides and fungicides
- The candidates should be able to sort and pack fruits and vegetables, report signs of insect or disease damage, pot and re-pot plants, and plant bulbs and seeds
- The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties, operate climate controls, dig up wrapping root balls of trees and shrubs, assist in grafting activities, apply fertilizers, and clean the work area
