Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at working under pressure, and skilled at meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be physically fit and capable of handling heavy loads, prepared for physically demanding tasks, and comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking during their work
- The candidates should be proficient in walking as part of their job responsibilities, flexible, and able to perform tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling, demonstrating a capacity for handling a large workload effectively
- The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp area, outdoors, and hot area
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hoe crops
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to perform weeding
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
