Salary: $18.00 to $19.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Staff accommodation available
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be physically fit, capable of handling heavy loads, and adept at performing physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should demonstrate sound discrimination skills and be comfortable with sitting for extended periods or adapting to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, walk as part of their regular tasks, and handle bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required and possess manual dexterity to efficiently perform tasks while handling a large workload
- The candidates should be capable of lifting weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be equipped with efficient interpersonal skills and be flexible in adapting to various situations
- The candidates should possess good judgment in decision-making and be organized in their approach to tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should be team players, capable of collaborating with others effectively, and uphold strong values and ethics in their professional conduct
- The candidates should be reliable in meeting commitments and deadlines and be quick learners, able to acquire new skills efficiently
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens
- The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
