Work setting: Room and board provided, Rural area

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in other miscellaneous crop farming
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in potentially dangerous conditions and adaptable to noisy and dusty environments
- The candidates should be able to work in hot and cold/refrigerated conditions and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and capable of sitting for extended periods as part of their duties
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and able to stand and walk for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of their responsibilities
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be effective team players and demonstrate reliability in their commitments
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform grading and cut seeds
- The candidates should be able to pick stones and/or wood, perform weeding, and harvest crops
