Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights and in wet/damp and cold/refrigerated conditions
- The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of handling repetitive tasks and heavy loads
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding work, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and be effective team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops and harvest crops
