Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure, be capable of meeting tight deadlines, and be physically capable of meeting demanding requirements
- The candidates should possess hand-eye coordination, have the ability to distinguish between colors, and demonstrate attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, and have experience in other vegetables and melon farming (except potato)
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights, able to work in hot conditions, and able to work in cold or refrigerated environments
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

- The candidates should uphold values and ethics
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean the crops, cut agricultural crops, and grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to fetch a high price in the market
- The candidates should be able to clean greenhouses, hand harvest vegetables, and pack fruits and vegetables
- The candidates should be able to pick row and orchard crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and manually remove all suckers and water sprouts
- The candidates should be able to sort fruits and vegetables, harvest crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
