Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, adapting to various weather conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in wet or damp environments as part of their responsibilities
- The candidates should be capable of working in noisy conditions
- The candidates should be accustomed to handling dusty conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in hot environments when necessary
- The candidates should be able to work in cold or refrigerated environments as required
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be accustomed to performing repetitive tasks as part of their responsibilities and be physically fit to handle the demands of a physically demanding role
- The candidates should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in tasks and assignments, including proficiency in tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads as required for the job and be willing to work overtime as needed
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods during their work
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform grading and conduct vegetable culling
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
