Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, even in wet or damp conditions, and able to thrive in a hot and fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be experienced in working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, skilled at managing repetitive tasks efficiently, and physically capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding role that involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, able to stand for extended periods, and familiar with tasks such as walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be able to manage a large workload effectively
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hoe crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to engage in weeding activities and participate in harvesting crops
