Salary: $16.71 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week Minimum wage is guaranteed
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: Cobourg, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Staff accommodation available
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Cabbage
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, in noisy environments, and in dusty conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in hot conditions and cold/refrigerated environments
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be organized and manage tasks and responsibilities in a systematic and efficient manner
- The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

- The candidates should be able to hand-harvest vegetables and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
