Salary: $16.71 hourly for 40 to 48 hours per week

Transportation information: Own transportation, and Public transportation is not available
Type of crops: Asparagus, Bell peppers, Garlic, Soybeans, Tomatoes, Vegetables, and Grains
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be experienced in oilseed (except soybean) farming and have expertise in other grain farming
- The candidates should be knowledgeable in other miscellaneous crop farming and possess skills in other vegetables and melon farming (except potato)
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, able to work in or on water, and accustomed to wet or damp conditions
- The candidates should be tolerant of odours, able to work in dusty environments, and tolerate hot conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and efficiently handle repetitive tasks
- The candidates should thrive while working under pressure and be capable of safely handling heavy loads
- The candidates should excel at meeting tight deadlines and be physically capable of performing demanding tasks
- The candidates should have good hand-eye coordination and the ability to accurately distinguish between colors
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong attention to detail in their work and be able to stand for extended periods as required
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling when necessary and willing to work overtime as needed
- The candidates should be comfortable with sitting for extended periods if the job requires it and able to adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking tasks
- The candidates should be capable of walking as part of their regular job duties
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables and hoe crops
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, perform stone and/or wood picking, and perform vegetable culling
- The candidates should be able to weed, fertilize, and spray crops, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and examine produce for quality and prepare for the market
