Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks, prepared for physically demanding tasks, and capable of handling heavy loads
The candidates should have strong hand-eye coordination, be able to stand for extended periods, and be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed
The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to fetch a high price in the market, and examine the product for quality and readiness for the market
The candidates should be able to pack fruits and vegetables, sort fruits and vegetables, and perform seed cutting
The candidates should be able to harvest crops, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and clean the work area
