Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience:Â Farm Truck, Forklift, Tractor, Vegetable Harvester, Planting Equipment, Skidsteer, And Hand Tools
Automated systems experience: Automated irrigation system
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to work in a physically demanding environment, use manual dexterity and coordinate hand-eye movements
- The candidates should be able to distinguish between colours, pay attention to detail and stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, kneel, combine sitting, standing, and walking and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to apply the technique of hoeing between the row and clear fields of wood and stones and divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
- The candidates should be able to grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market and plant, cultivate and irrigate crops and perform seed cutting
- The candidates should be able to weed and clean work area and fertilize and spray crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
