Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend and Morning
Work site environment: Candidates should work in cold or refrigerated place
Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Own tools/equipment: Candidates should have steel-toed safety boots
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment, work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, pay attention to detail, able to distinguish between colours, stand for extended periods, manually dexter and also for bending, crouching, kneeling
- The candidate should have hand-eye co-ordination
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work as team player in a flexible way
- The candidate should be reliable
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidate should be able to Sort and pack fruits and vegetables
- The candidate should be able to Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry
