Salary: $16.55 hourly for 40 to 55 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety:Â Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and handle physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should have good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail
- The candidates should be capable of standing for extended periods and manage a large workload
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required and comfortable sitting for long periods
- The candidates should be comfortable walking for extended periods and able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills and be flexible
- The candidates should have good judgement and be organized

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to apply fertilizers and mix fertilizer
- The candidates should be able to clean the crops and cut agricultural crops
- The candidates should be able to cut agricultural seed according to farm standards and perform greenhouse cleaning
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops and remove manually all suckers and water sprouts
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area and fertilize and spray crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to pot and re-pot plants and mix and prepare soils
- The candidates should be able to perform budding trees and cut horticultural crops
