Salary: $16.00 to $25.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 20 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Part time leading to full time
Location: 12 Principale Nord suite A, Sutton, QC J0E 2K0
Shifts: Day, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Drive manual transmission vehicle, Public transportation is not available
Work setting: Work in employer’s/client’s home, Rural area, Landscape contractor, Various locations, Farm, Landscape maintenance, Private residence
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Backhoe, Chain saw, Front end loader, Gravel or dump truck, Pick-up truck, Small engine equipment, Sprayer or duster, Tractor, Weed trimmer/edger
Area of work experience: Horticulture and/or gardening
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Cellular phone
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work at wet/damp, noisy, and dusty area
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to do manual dexterity
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be creative, dependable, organized, initiative, flexible, reliable
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist with landscape constructions, weed, prune and trim trees and plants, rake and collect refuse
- The candidates should be able to do tying, remove litter and garbage, cart and spread topsoil and other materials
- The candidates should be able to lay sod or seed, plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees, and apply fertilizers
- The candidates should be able to repair and maintain equipment, water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
