Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs and establish objectives for the organization
  • The candidates should be able to authorize and organize the establishment of major departments, associated senior staff positions, and select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff
  • The candidates should be able to establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, approve overall human resources planning, and represent the organization or delegate representatives in negotiations or other official functions
  • The candidates should be able to delegate the necessary authority to middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and create optimum working conditions
