Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet all customers politely and friendly, assisting them with product/service inquiries, locating merchandise, and facilitating purchase decisions
- The candidates should be able to resolve customer issues promptly and refer concerns appropriately
- The candidates should be able to cover assigned areas on the sales floor
- The candidates should be able to zone their assigned area to ensure neatness and organization
- The candidates should be able to relocate feature merchandise to its designated location
- The candidates should be able to handle recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other store areas
- The candidates should be able to provide assistance with Front End coverage as needed
- The candidates should be able to maintain communication with other associates to ensure continuous floor coverage
- The candidates should be able to contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to stock merchandise and perform picking tasks, downstocking if applicable, applying product protection as needed
- The candidates should be able to set and complete modulars, including flex modulars, and set new shelf caps as required
