- The candidates should have Age 16 or older
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting with product/service promotion, locating merchandise, aiding in purchase decisions, resolving customer issues, and referring concerns
- The candidates should be able to cover assigned areas on the sales floor, ensuring that these areas are well-maintained and organized
- The candidates should be able to zone their assigned areas effectively, keeping them clean, organized, and stocked
- The candidates should be able to move feature merchandise to its designated modular home to ensure proper presentation and visibility
- The candidates should be able to work recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas of the store, ensuring all items are returned to their proper locations
- The candidates should be able to assist with Front End coverage as needed, ensuring the smooth flow of customer transactions and support
- The candidates should be able to communicate effectively with other associates to maintain proper floor coverage and ensure operational efficiency
- The candidates should be able to contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
- The candidates should be able to stock merchandise, downstock when applicable, apply product protection as needed, set and complete modulars, including flex modulars, and set new shelf caps to maintain product organization and presentation
