Salary: $25.00 to $26.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, To be determined

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Marketing

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases
  • The candidates should be able to sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and prepare and format page presentation
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics and other information, provide general information to clients and the public, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to conduct research, provide customer service, and label files according to retention and disposal schedules
  • The candidates should be able to organize and schedule office work, prepare and monitor contracts and budgets, and store, update and retrieve financial data
