- The candidates should be able to photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, label files according to retention and disposal schedules, and label, file, and retrieve documents
- The candidates should be able to locate and remove files requested, organize and schedule office work, and store, update, and retrieve financial data
- The candidates should be able to perform data entry
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service
