Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of safely handling heavy loads in a physically demanding environment
- The candidates should be able to lift weights of up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, as well as assist heavy equipment operators
- The candidates should be able to assist in demolishing buildings and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and debris at construction sites and possess the skill to read and interpret blueprints
