Salary: $25.00 to $35.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 80 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of specialization: Truck driving
Equipment and machinery experience: Farm truck, tractor, combine harvester, fertilizer applicator, planting equipment, seed drill, sprayer or duster, swather, and tillage equipment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in oilseed (excluding soybean) farming and other grain farming
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, especially in wheat farming environments
- The candidates should be capable of working in confined spaces and dusty, noisy conditions
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively handle repetitive tasks
- The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, showing capability under pressure
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be willing to work overtime if required
- The candidates should be comfortable with extended periods of sitting and capable of handling weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility in task approach
- The candidates should exercise sound judgment in decision-making and be well-organized
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability in fulfilling responsibilities and be effective team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to apply fertilizers accurately and mix them appropriately
- The candidates should proficiently clear fields of wood and stones, ensuring a suitable environment for crops
- The candidates should diligently plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, maintaining optimal growing conditions
- The candidates should effectively fertilize, spray, and harvest crops to ensure healthy yields
- The candidates should proficiently operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to support farming operations
