Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Type of product: Vegetables

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
• The candidates should be able to farm dry pea and bean
• The candidates should be able to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to handle weight more than 45 kg (100 lbs)
• The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, and large workload
• The candidates should be able to do manual dexterity
• The candidates should be able to work in confined spaces, wet/damp area, and cold/refrigerated area

Other Requirements:

• The candidate should be reliable
• The candidates should be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean the greenhouse
• The candidates should be able to harvest seedlings
• The candidates should be able to report signs of insect or disease damage
• The candidates should be able to clean work area
