Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads
• The candidates should be able to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods and bend, crouch, and kneel
• The candidates should be able to manage a large workload and demonstrate hand-eye co-ordination

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean the crops and perform greenhouse cleaning and hand harvest vegetables
• The candidates should be able to harvest seedlings and tie and secure plants and plant bulbs and seeds
• The candidates should be able to transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings and clean the work area

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
