Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and handle heavy loads
The candidates should be able to handle physically demanding tasks, stand for extended periods, and bend, crouch and kneel
The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail and lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to cut horticultural crops, clean the greenhouse, and hand harvest vegetables
The candidates should be able to remove manually all suckers and water sprouts, report signs of insect or disease damage, and clean work area

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
