Taisuco Canada Agriculture Corporation is a professional orchid greenhouse dedicated to providing the superior quality Phalaenopsis all year round. We have 7,200 square meters of computerized environmentally controlled glass greenhouse. We are devoted to becoming the leading orchid producer in Canada. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $15.65 hourly for 160 hours per month
Employment Type: Permanent employment – Full time
Location: Abbotsford, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning
Work Setting: Remote location
Work site environment: Wet/damp, Odours, Hot
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset, also training will be provided to the candidates.
Type of product: Cut flowers, Flowers and plants
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should have hand-eye co-ordination and should pay attention to detail.
- The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks on frequent basis.
- The candidate should be physically demanding and should stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to clip, greenhouse clean, tye, mix and prepare soils, plant bulbs and seeds and also pot and re-pot plants.
- The candidate should transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings, report signs of insect or disease damage and also clean work area.
